Contingency recovery management
When a payment or contract recovery opportunity is already known, AuditRecover helps move it forward through a focused, well-managed process.
Begin without an upfront recovery fee.
AuditRecover earns its agreed success fee only when qualifying recovered value is actually obtained.
01 / The starting point
AuditRecover begins with a recovery opportunity that has already been identified. From there, we help organize the authorization, documentation, communications and confirmation needed to pursue it.
Our focus: AuditRecover supports the management of known opportunities; it is not an automated accounting-audit or refund-discovery engine.
02 / Recovery areas
The platform is designed to support recovery cases generally, with an initial focus across five common categories.
Accounts Payable / duplicate payments
Vendor and contract compliance
Utility / telecommunications
Recurring expense recovery
Subscription / SaaS recovery
03 / How it works
Begin with claim verification
Enter the Claim ID and ZIP code associated with the recovery opportunity.
Review and authorize
Review the opportunity, provide the requested information and execute the engagement agreement.
We guide the recovery process
AuditRecover manages the case, supporting documents, communications and recovery activity.
Receive the recovered value
Where practical, the responsible organization, vendor or government entity sends the recovery directly to you.
Confirm the success fee
After qualifying recovery is verified, AuditRecover calculates its agreed fee and invoices the client.
04 / Transparent fees
Each recovered-value band is calculated separately. The rate is applied only to the dollars that fall within that band—not to the full recovery amount.
| Recovered-value band | Fee rate |
|---|---|
| First $5,000 | 30% |
| Next $5,000 | 35% |
| Next $10,000 | 40% |
| Next $30,000 | 40% |
| Above $50,000 | 35% |
Our fee follows a successful recovery. AuditRecover's compensation is tied to qualifying recovered value actually obtained under the engagement agreement.
Fee illustration
$1,500.00 + $1,750.00 + $4,000.00 + $1,600.00 = $8,850.00
